Investment casting is a serial production process derived from the lost-wax casting technique.

How does it work?

We create a mold from which as many wax models as desired are produced. Once covered in ceramic and fired in special furnaces, the wax melts away. This leaves numerous shells (molds) where the metal is eventually poured. After the metal solidifies, the shells are broken, and the object is extracted and surface finished.

Surface mechanical processing

Surface mechanical processing is performed on-site (foundry) and is used to refine the external appearance of the objects.
